Adoring Gottfried Benn's wonderful poetry is one thing. It is another thing to be able o recite them perfectly and translate them adequately into English. Neutert manages to do both.
Eins der beiden, leicht voneinander abweichenden Plakate für die Performance Was ist ein Lebendes Buch? im Rahmen von »Leipzig liest« im »Lofft Theater« bei der Leipziger Buchmesse 2013, wo Natias Neutert ein Dutzend der von ihm ins Englische überesetzten Gedichte Gottfried Benns bilingual zum Besten gab.
One of the two, slightly different posters for the performance Was ist ein Lebendes Buch? (What is a Living Book?) as part of »Leipzig liest« at the »Lofft Theater« at the Leipzig Book Fair 2013. There Natias Neutert presented a dozen poems by Gottfried Benn that he translated into English.
